Here’s a brief introduction on what you can expect to do working as a member of our team:
- Looking after your own client portfolio, which involves understanding client requirements and follow-up support after a successful placement
- You will be responsible for identifying, advising, personally meeting and finding suitable employers for specialists and executives that fit the profile
- You will independently travel to clients throughout Switzerland to give potential candidates qualified insight
- You will be required to create job ads based on client requirements
- You will be in charge of managing your own social media channels, the tools for which we will provide
- In order to equip you as best as possible for your future responsibilities, we offer extensive onboarding when you join the company
- Our specialisations help you acquire professional expertise both independently and with the team to proficiently advise our clients
- You will work in close cooperation with your colleagues and benefit from their years of experience in the field
